Ground floor apartment with three rooms and one bedroom, to accommodate up to 6 people, in the heart of Torre del Lago Puccini, 300 meters away from the pine forest, at 1,500 meters. from the sea and close to all services: bars, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacy, tobacconist, greengrocer, Coop supermarket ...
Two bicycles are available free of charge for guests, allowing you to reach every place with ease: the lake is 2 km away, Viareggio only 5 km.
From the main road (via Marconi) there is a private road with electric gate and driveway, which leads to two rows of terraced houses.
The property is the third on the left side and is accessed via another pedestrian gate that leads to an external courtyard (tiled courtyard) where your bicycles are parked. At the back of the house there is a second private courtyard (also tiled) furnished with a table for 8, umbrella, outdoor shower, sink and washing machine.
An ideal place to spend pleasant evenings al fresco.

Two bicycles are available to guests and can be used free of charge. Padlocks to close them are included, there are two bicycle spaces in the private internal courtyard. If the two bicycles in use are not enough, others can be rented by the cyclist who is only 80 meters away.
The bus stop for Viareggio (with night runs to the Forte dei Marmi discos) is almost in front of the house. The Torre del Lago Puccini railway station is only 500 meters away.
Private access road, closed by an electric driveway gate, another private gate that borders the first courtyard, while beyond the apartment, you enter the second courtyard, which allows pleasant al fresco dinners with a table for 6/8 people.
The accommodation is close to all amenities: restaurants, pizzerias, bars, newsagents, tobacconists, greengrocers, small store, Coop supermarket, launderette, laundry / ironing room, pharmacy, bank, post office ... The bus stop is right in front of the house (also for Viareggio with night service to the discos).
The sea is also close and easily accessible by bicycle along a path that runs alongside the pine forest.

In Torre del Lago there is a long beach of fine white sand, which invites to pleasant walks: from the mouth of the Serchio (2 km. To the south), up to Massa and Carrara (25 km. To the north) without interruption.
There are both equipped bathing establishments (with paid access to take advantage of umbrellas, deck chairs, cabins, restaurants, swimming pools ...), and the free beach, with access and free bathing.
Torre del Lago Puccini is located within the Migliarino - San Rossore Park and beyond the long beach of fine sand, offers fragrant dunes of strawberry tree, pine and broom overlooking the pine forest of maritime and domestic pines. Here you will find many paths for walking and cycling.
Just 300 meters from the accommodation there is a pleasant "Bim Bum Bam" playground for children and teenagers, with inflatables, table football, water games, trampolines ...
Just 2 km. there is the lake of Massaciuccoli (Lipu oasis where you can take pleasant boat trips), the famous open-air theater named after Giacomo Puccini, and the house museum where the Maestro wrote some of his most famous operas.
In July and August there is the Puccini Festival: you can attend the representation of Puccini's famous operas at the open-air theater on the lake.
For mountain lovers, a few kilometers away are the Apuan Alps, with their paths and shelters and peaks (over 2,000 meters) from which to admire breathtaking views.

The 6 guests have three rooms, a bathroom and two courtyards at their disposal.
A room used as a dining room and kitchen that leads to the external courtyard, and which is fully equipped with a TV, fridge, freezer, 4 burners, microwave, dishes and pots. The washing machine is in the back yard, together with the second shower.
A large room - equipped with air conditioning and ceiling paddle fan - with a double bed and a bunk bed (for two more people), a windowed bathroom with shower and the entrance hall.
This entrance hall, also equipped with air conditioning, can be used both as a living room and as an additional bedroom having an armchair and a sofa that becomes a double bed.
In the warmer season an additional fan is also available.
Our opinion: despite not being particularly large, the accommodation is suitable for a large family or a group of close friends who want to enjoy nature, the pine forest and the sea (easily accessible). The two bicycles given free of charge are very comfortable and appreciated. Others can possibly be rented by the cyclist who is only 60 meters away.
