This spacious 4 bedrooms coastal-designed home is located in the city of Palm Coast. The home is spacious enough for the whole family, up to 10 people, and there is a place for everyone! Very an ample living room with 65 Roku-TV with Netflix, Hulu, a round dining table, very comfortable kitchen. The nearest beautiful beach Jungle Hut park is just 5 miles away! The popular Flagler beach is 10 miles away. The Historical city of St. Augustine with the great Castillo San Marcos is 25 miles away.
All 3 adult bedrooms were supplied with new King-size mattresses! Can you believe it!? The Master bedroom also has a sofa. The Master bathroom has a spacious shower and a big tube. Your children will be thrilled to see their bedroom with their own Roku TV and 3 twin beds; beds that could work for adults as well - provided they want to sleep on a twin. The home is spacious enough for the whole family, up to 11 people, and there is a place for everyone! The sofa-bed with a full mattress in the living room unfolds to act as a sleeper. Extra Sheets and blankets can be found in the closets.
Very comfortable kitchen with a nook table, equipped with a microwave, full-size fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, electric kettle, etc.
There is a huge beautiful screened lanai with an outdoor sitting area with a charcoal grill, plushy chairs, and another big outdoor dining table for 10 people.

The City of Palm Coast is strict about parking in residential areas. No commercial trucks or trailers, RV, Boats are allowed. The parking is limited by 6 cars.
If you will park more than 2 cars on the driveway, please park them as a tandem. Don’t park on the lawn or on the street! It’s strict. It’s a violation to park vehicles in the street and it’s a violation to park in the right of way (swale) between the hours of 1 am-6 am.
