Accommodation is over two floors with double and twin bedrooms - perfect for a family or two couples. The cottage style kitchen is well equipped for all your self catering needs and the sitting room is bright, well furnished with sofas, armchairs and a dining table and chairs. A lovely cosy room whatever the season.
Branscombe is in a sheltered bay on the beautiful World Heritage Jurassic Coast. The village has a couple of good pubs and a dog-friendly beach with a great cafe serving fresh seafood. Take a walk along the dramatic cliff hugging coastal path to Beer beach and stroll around the village. Take a fishing trip or delve into Beer Quarry Caves, just a short drive away. Beer 2 miles, Sidmouth 3 miles. Size: sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms Beds: 1 x double bed, 1 x twin beds
Accommodation Kitchen: Shaker style with solid oak worktops, oak floor, integrated appliances, double oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer and 70/30 fridge/freezer. Sitting/dining room: quadruple aspect, stone fireplace, two sofas, armchair, TV/DVD, dining table and six chairs. Downstairs to: Bedroom 1: double bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables. Views over the valley to the sea. Bedroom 2: twin beds, fitted wardrobes. Views over the valley to the sea. Bathroom: bath, shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC. Cloakroom: WC and wash hand basin.
Entertainment: TV, DVD, games. For families: games. Outside: lawned garden, paved patio with garden furniture. Parking: hard standing parking space for 2 cars. General: WiFi, Electric heating.
