From the living room and two bedrooms, you have direct access to the covered terrace of 15 m², facing south and overlooking the swimming pool and the garden.
On the terrace you will have a teak garden furniture, a barbecue, a plancha and a parasol.
You can take advantage of the swimming pool day and night (multicolored lighting) and its sunbathing areas, the pétanque field (at the back of the house) in the shade of the holm oaks and a ping-pong table. pong in the garage.
