There is a gas fire pit, perfect for those chilly summer nights or to enjoy a delicious s'more. Enjoy the close proximity to Scarborough Beach (only a quick 5 minute walk!) and take advantage of the fully enclosed, spacious outdoor shower to rinse off those sandy toes after a relaxing day at the beach.
Upon entering the home, you are greeted into the main living and dining area that's abundantly lit with natural sunlight and open space allowing for a great place to gather, watch your favorite movie or play some board or card games. The dining room table comfortably seats 6 but can accommodate 8. Stunning hardwood floors throughout the home with the detail of a compass rose. Conveniently only a 5 minute drive to Galilee where you can purchase fresh, local seafood, indulge in local restaurants and hop on the Block Island Ferry! Narragansett Pier is a quick 10 minute drive down scenic Ocean Road where you'll find the desired Narragansett Town Beach, renowned restaurants, shops and the sea wall. 20 minutes to Jamestown and 30 minutes to Newport!
