This spacious 3200-square-foot villa features an abundance of glass to capitalize on the breathtaking views. 50-mile, 180-degree beach and ocean views spread out in front of you from every major room. The house has three master bedroom suites with king beds and ocean views, and one guest bedroom suite with a queen bed. Every bedroom has total privacy, with en-suite baths and well separated entrances.
The great room, with 20-foot ceilings and a wall of tall glass Nana doors, opens onto a patio looking out over the beach and ocean. The dining room shares these views, as does the modern kitchen. The house features a complete wet bar overlooking the great room, and an office area with desk, WIFI and landline phone. Other features include travertine marble floors and Hansgrohe & Duravit Fixtures.
Other amenities in this villa include a full laundry room with washer and dryer and iron board, air conditioning, smart TV, pack n play, and acres of closet space. A charcoal grill is provided. New Starlink system provides incredibly fast internet speeds and connection.
The beach is just 50 yards from the house, although the walk to the beach takes a minute because there is a drop off to circumvent. The mile-long, pristine, pink-sand beach which this house overlooks is usually deserted. The beach is perfect for swimming, with crystal-clear water and a smooth sandy bottom. The surf is moderate at this location, because a large barrier reef protects the beach. There are beach chairs on the beach.
This villa is located in Sky Beach Club. It comes with full access to the Sky Beach Club facilities and amenities. Sky Beach Club is a small club with accommodations for a maximum of 46 guests, so it will never be crowded or busy. It has an excellent fine-dining restaurant, Pascal's, and a spectacular beachside pool with poolside service all day long--lunch, dinner, drinks--and a swim-up cocktail bar. Sky Beach Club is not a full service resort. Front desk, gym, spa, room service are not available.
Please note that the driveways in Sky Beach Club are all unpaved and rough, so we recommend renting a Jeep-type vehicle when staying at this property.
GOVERNORS HARBOUR:
The town of Governors Harbour, five minutes away by car, has a charming collection of 19th century homes and churches overlooking its historic harbor. Buy fresh fish and lobster every afternoon from fisherman at the town dock, or visit the recently restored Haynes Library, which dates from 1897, for the weekly coffee hour for foreign residents and tourists. Governors Harbour has grocery stores, restaurants, liquor stores, two banks with ATMs, a bakery, gift shops, a dive shop, and a medical clinic. Friday Night Fish Fry in Governors Harbour, a street/beach party that brings together all the tourists and locals with food, drink, and dancing in the street, is not to be missed.

Eleuthera is famous for its 100 miles of spectacular, deserted beaches. The island, home to just 8000 residents, is famous for being safe. The snorkeling, diving, and fishing on the island are world class. Boating, surfing, and other water sports are also popular. You can rent power boats, sailboats, sea kayaks, bikes. You can have a charter captain take you out for excursions of various types. There is excellent sightseeing as well. Eleuthera has vast caves, cliffs, a bottomless ocean hole, many unique beaches, historic churches and 19th century homes, and small villages to explore. Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let me start by saying the house has lots of potential but some areas could use improvement. While the spacious house had great views, reliable WiFi, was clean and in a great, centralized location with a beach and restaurant that had a swim up bar on property, the roads on property are horrible. We saw multiple cars suffer popped tires during our time there. One of the sinks in the larger bedroom downstairs did not drain as the sink stopper was jammed. The downstairs half bath's sink didn't work at all. The listing stated the house had an iron and ironing board, there was no iron. One of the upstairs bedrooms had a shower that did not work at all. The umbrellas for the back patio were broken and we were told that new ones would be delivered during our stay, they were not. The locks and keys to the house were faulty as if you were leaving and wanted to lock the door, they keys couldnt be removed from the lock. The oven had all the temperature numbers gone so it was just a guess to what the oven was set to when cooking. The microwave seemed to randomly stop working at times as well. There was a charcoal grill but no charcoal at the house and we went to 3 different stores looking to buy some but none had any nor could point us in any direction where we could find any. I called the management company about a number of these issues shortly after arrival and was told Sonya, a member of their concierge service, would stop by the following morning to check in on us and the situation. She never showed up while we were there. If we would go back to the island, we would stay elsewhere 100%.
