The kitchen is designed to optimize its space, with all the necessary equipment you would need to cook a full meal using the beautifully fresh local produce. The kitchen has a 4-plate electric stove top with an oven and dishwasher. There is also a coffee machine, tea kettle, refrigerator and freezer and all the utensils, plates and cutlery you could need. There is a breakfast bar and stools for four should you feel like dining at home. Just beyond the kitchen is the bathroom containing a shower, toilet and hand sinks. On arrival complimentary toilet rolls, shower gel, hand soap and a hair dyer will be provided to start off your stay. Luxury bath towels are also provided for each guest. There is a clothes washing and drying rack so you may pack lightly and save room in your luggage to bring home some special Parisian souvenirs. An iron and ironing board are also at your disposal. The living area has a comfortable leather sofa, which can be pulled out to create the second sleeping area for two guests. Additional linens are provided for this bed. There is a large flat screen TV cable as well as a free Wi-Fi Internet connection. The apartment has a cosy double bedroom, with closet space and full-length mirrors. The entire flat faces an interior courtyard so you are sure to get a good night’s rest whilst staying in the heart of the city. The flat is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning but we will be happy to provide you with fans for your stay should warm temperatures be in the Paris weather forecast. A member of our Welcoming Team will meet you upon arrival, give you the keys and entry codes, a tour of the apartment and its appliances, help you to connect to the Wi-Fi and more. About the 5th Arrondissement Location: This flat is situated in one of the most famous and historical areas of Paris, the Latin Quarter! It is located just steps from the Place du Panthéon and the Sainte-Geneviève Church, whose iconic steps you might recognize from Woody Allen’s “Midnight in Paris����. From your front door, you are steps from the Pantheon and Seine River. The Notre Dame Cathedral and gorgeous Ile de la Cite are 5 minutes walk and are not to be missed on any trip to Paris! You are always just steps from the hugely popular St Michel, St Germain and Jardin des Plantes. At your doorstep you’ll find a huge array of restaurants, bistros, cafés, ice cream parlours, florists, artisan chocolatiers, art galleries and much more! There are also the famous Rue Mouffetard nearby, home to an array of cafes, restaurants, butchers, grocers and more ! This apartment is just next to the Maubert Mutualité metro station (Line 10), one which plays host to a wonderful fresh food market twice a week with the award winning fromager Laurent Dubois and many other fantastic local food stalls. The Line 10 makes it easy to access other areas of the capital. Just hop on the Metro to reach the Marais, Montmartre and the Sacre Cœur, the Eiffel Tower and more! Access to the Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports is easy via the Saint Michel or Luxembourg RER B train stations which are both within walking distance. Late check-in fees apply after 7:00PM. - Check-out is by 10:00AM. - Final cleaning fee: 60 € - Damage Deposit. 400�� - Smoking. All of our apartments are non-smoking. - Pets. Unfortunately furry friends are not allowed in any of our homes. - Parties. The apartment is not suitable for parties and the maximum number of guests should not exceed 4 people. - Minimum age. The main booker must be 27 years of age or older. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. A valid credit card must be provided at the check-in for a pre-authorization of the damage deposit. This deposit will be returned to you after the checkout, provided no damage is caused to the flat. Late check-in: In the instance that you arrive between 7:00PM and 9:00PM there will be a 30 € late check-in fee, if you arrive even later, between 9:00PM and 11:00PM the check-in fee will be 50 €. Between 11:00PM and 1:00AM the check-in fee will be 80 €. After 1:00AM there will be a 100�� check-in fee.
