You will be extremely comfortable in this spacious and unique space. With sweeping views of the blackdown hills from nearly every room you can really let go and relax at this rural retreat.
Upstairs we have 2 double bedrooms (one with en-suite) & 2 singles, so this spacious cottage can sleep 6 comfortably with room for everyone to relax and play.
Downstairs there’s a cosy snug for the children, a large lounge and separate Kitchen/diner with access to the garden from both rooms.
The space
This charming cottage is an annexe to a large country house with its own entrance, parking and driveway.
The entrance area has stairs to the bedrooms upstairs and a hallway through to the snug, lounge and dining area.
It’s a light and spacious house with plenty of room for all 6 guests to relax in separate zones. Designed to be easily used and very rural, you will be able to relax and play here!

We are in a Quiet location which is peaceful and relaxing but also accesses a main road with good links to the local area.
The location is extremely convenient for the M5 and blackdown hills as well as local city of Exeter and towns of Wellington, Tiverton & Taunton. Lots to explore in this area as we are on the Devon/Somerset border.
