In a small village 3 km from the medieval town of Semur-en-Auxois, gîte located opposite the owners' house, with at the back, a beautiful wooded park of more than 1000 m² and swimming pool. Access to the gîte by a beautiful stone staircase: large living/dining room with fireplace, very good quality double pull-out bed, TV, wifi. Sofa bed. Access to the kitchen by a few steps: equipped kitchen. Combined oven/microwave. Combined washing machine/dryer. Shower room with large Italian shower and WC. 1 bedroom with 1 160 cm bed (+ 1 extra single mattress). Baby bed and high chair on request.
At the back, large wooded and flowery grounds fully enclosed, with various relaxation areas. Beautiful heated swimming pool of 12 X 3.5 m, open from the beginning of May to the end of September. Terrace with pergola, garden furniture with plancha, deckchairs. Private closed parking (gate). Pets not allowed.
To visit: the medieval city of Semur-en-Auxois: fortified gates, ramparts, keep, steep streets, the Notre-Dame collegiate church, the museum, the little tourist train, the Orle d'Or tower. Nearby: the castles of Epoisses, Bussy-Rabutin, the MuséoParc Alésia, the Fontenay Abbey listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, one of the most beautiful villages in France renowned for its aniseed.
