Just 15 minutes from downtown Santa Fe , sits our personal 1300 sq. ft. , 2 story studio with south facing light and incredible sunset views from upstairs. Situated in the Tesuque area , you have the quiet, rural surroundings, yet so close to the many attractions Santa Fe has to offer.
It is an open concept, with 500 sq. ft. upstairs bedroom with balcony , and downstairs is the living room and full kitchen, & bathroom, (the lower part is partially bermed into the hillside). Two couches can serve as daybeds for additional sleeping options in the living room. There are 2 woodstoves and back up gas and electric heat.
Close to national forest, there are great hikes, and just within minutes, there are spa and dining options at the Four Seasons Resort, Bishops Lodge Resort, and Tesuque Village Market. The internationally renowned Santa Fe Opera is just a few minutes away as well!
It is our personal retreat space and a place for visiting family and friends and we are opening it up for occasional short term stays. It is a special tranquil community on the outskirts of Santa Fe and we wish to be conscious of our neighbors who choose to live here for the peace and quiet.
There is room in the driveway for only 1 car, as it shared with the main house on the property, which sits 40 feet away from the studio.
It's suitable for 1-2 people ,
No smoking, no pets, no parties, and we have a "shoes-off policy" when inside the house.
