Negative: We had previously requested and been promised a sea view room upgrade on arrival (had agreed to pay the difference). Sadly this didn't happen and we had a ground floor room overlooking the pool. Also, our patio doors didn't lock which was definitely worse with ground floor access. However, a plus was the location - right next to the beautiful beach and great restaurants. Also the room was comfortable with a mini kitchen on the patio.
Summary: The location is super but stay a bit disappointing.
