We allow well behaved cats and dogs. Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog and please note that there is a penalty fee of $300 if there is a dog in the unit without notifying us. Note PET FEE. Short Stays (1-14 nights): A pet fee of $50 will be applied, Medium Stays (15-27 nights): A pet fee $100 will be applied and Long Stays (28+ nights): A pet fee of $200 will be applied.
