Positive: Very good location. Walking distance to the Post Office, markets, green parks, and tram station. Appliances are brand new and comfortable layout. Overall I'd recommend it for a short stay.
Negative: The messages are sent automatically, and the phone number is a hotline with multiple menu choices making it almost impossible to reach out to an actual person quickly. The information shared via message was incorrect. The code to the main door didn't work because it was longer than what the device allows and we had to wait for someone to get out of the building to then get in. The underground garage is not easily connected to the building, which is confusing as well. The building construction seems still unfinished and there are a lot of empty apartments. There's a sign at the door mentioning possible robberies since people can easily get in and out.
