Amazing neighborhood! Cozy private studio apartment in our family-owned Soho-Greenwich Village Townhouse. This is the exact opposite of a hotel. It is in a vibrant, authentic NYC neighborhood. Close to many lovely cafes, restaurants, shops. Close to all subways. Please read the detailed description, so you get a true feel for the place - it is an incredible apartment but not for everyone!
The studio is warm and inviting, but small, really fit for a single or couple. Beautiful Queen sized bed. The studio has a small kitchenette (no oven) with a small fridge and 2 burners. Also a microwave and toaster oven. This is the best neighborhood in NYC, and living in the studio is being in the heart of it all! Restaurants and cafés on every corner.
We have excellent wifi, a smart TV and the studio is up 2.5 flights of stairs. We have blinds, but they are not blackout! And the room is bright and sunny.
The Townhouse is old (1826), and some of the walls and floors in the building reflect this — which we love — but might not be for everyone. The stairway is particularly aged and could use attention. This is ‘old-world’ charm, so if you want Soho Chic/slick this family home is probably not for you!!
The bathroom is small but has a great shower and a full tub!
