This unique Mid Century Modern home has a style all its own. Amazing location with lots of amenities! This home is great for families with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy the BBQ and lounge area on our rooftop deck then come inside to play some board games & stream Netflix on a 40in smart TV. We are in the heart of downtown Seattle, close to Seattle Airport, Pike Place Market, Seattle Art museum, the Space Needle, Sky View Observatory & many restaurants & shops.

Access: Keyless Entry.
The Home is equipped with a smart lock. You will be given a 4 digit code to access the home.
TV: There is a 40" Smart TV for your use in the living room and a 32" Smart TV in the master bedroom. While no cable service is provided, the home comes with a logged in subscription to Netflix. You may also log in for any of your personal streaming apps.
BBQ grill: BBQ grill is ready for your grilling pleasure
Mattresses: All Mattresses are of high-quality memory foam. They tend toward the firm side to provide the support needed by some guests and comfort for all.
Pillows: Each sleeping position is equipped with 2 pillows.
Living Room Sleeping: Both sofas are convertible sleepers. Extra pillows and blankets are provided.
Towels: We provide guests with 2 bath towels each, although we have additional in the linen closet, we encourage you to reuse your towels to help us conserve the Earth's vital resources.
Water Filtration: We provide a Brita water filter
Toiletries: Includes body wash and shampoo & conditioner
Hairdryers: 2 professional-grade hairdryers are provided for your use
Kitchen Items: Oven, Electric Stovetop, Full-sized refrigerator/freezer with water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, standard coffee maker, toaster. Well-equipped with cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc.
Laundering: Guests will have access to a washing machine and Dryer for your use with laundry soap provided.
You will enjoy complete privacy in our home but we will always be a text/call away to answer any questions. We have a contactless check in at the front door for easy entry.
