Summary: We loved staying at Ann’s Coconut Cottage for the month of Feb. The unit has everything needed to live comfortably plus many thoughtful extras not usually provided in a rental — even toys and treats for our dog! The bed was super comfortable— a big priority for us. Ann is the perfect host, always quick to answer questions and provide info. Great location in easy walking distance to Atlantic Ave/Coconut Grove, to Lake Ida and two of its parks, and to the beach. We could also quickly walk to two French bakeries, a drug store and a grocery store, among many other places. Can’t say enough good things about this rental. Only wish it hadn’t already been booked for Feb next year!
