Walk to Iron Horse train station to head downtown Fort Worth or up to Grapevine and DFW airport. Right by the Cottonbelt trail, you can walk, hike, bike all through the city of NRH and beyond from your front door!. High ceilings throughout this spacious townhome. with floor to ceiling windows. Gorgeous kitchen with quartz counters, center island, bar seating and stunning custom backsplash. Beautiful wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, gas range, under cabinet lighting. Upstairs spacious primary bedroom, huge walk in closet. Primary bathroom has large walk in shower, dual separate vanities and linen closet. Large carpeted game room is central to the split bedrooms, Beautiful tile in all bathrooms, shower tub combo in guest bathroom. Ring doorbell and alarm system, indoor sprinkler system.

This house is located in a private community, hence, there is no traffic and expect a very peace full neighborhood.
The HOA has very strict rule on keeping the community safe and clean. If you are a smoker, a designated area is provided, and please keep your cigarette butts in a receptacle. Littering along the lawn is strictly prohibited.

Summary: Our stay at the Crosby Home was wonderful. The home is situated in a nice neighborhood where we felt very safe. The location could not have been better - close to restaurants, shopping, activities and only a 20 minute drive from DFW. Ramon, the property manager, was outstanding. He was incredibly responsive, accommodating and helpful. We were late arriving due to some delays with our flights, and he was extremely flexible and helpful with our needs. There were a few kitchen items I had suggested to him for the house during our stay, and they were ordered and on their way to the house by the end of week! The home has a large open concept design on the main floor - dining room, living room and kitchen. I don't think the photos on the VRBO website do this main room justice - it is much nicer than the photos shown. There is plenty of space to spread out or spend time together. Upstairs are three bedrooms - one being the master with ensuite bathroom. There is another full bathroom upstairs for the other two bedrooms to share and a half bathroom downstairs near the kitchen. There is a small, but cozy, family room area upstairs with a television which worked great for us. You do need to sign in with a streaming account for the T.V. There is also street parking or garage parking (with remote) - we used both. I hope to stay at the Crosby House again in the future and highly recommend.
