Beautiful beach house style home perfect for a luxury holiday or a family retreat. Loads of space to relax together with huge open plan kitchen dining and lounge area which leads out onto a large covered patio-great for shared time together. Located across the road from Crystal Bay Marina Pittwater - great for fishing, boating and kayaking. A flat 10 minute walk to Newport Beach for surfing, swimming and Newport Village with loads of cafes and restaurants to dine out. A short stroll (500 metres) from the iconic waterfront “The Newport” Hotel for relaxed outdoor dining with stunning Pittwater views. The space A newly renovated two story Hamptons inspired Beach house. Huge open plan kitchen dining and living area with decks at the front and rear of the house which is perfect for entertaining. Downstairs has one bedroom with a newly renovated bathroom, a separate laundry area (containing washing machine and dryer) also has a toilet and shower. Open plan living area flows out onto a small lawn area with covered patio area containing lounges, hammock, BBQ, outdoor TV - perfect area to relax and unwind. Upstairs there are 3 large bedrooms, a second bathroom with shower/toilet and a study which all lead onto a large balcony area. Our house can accommodate up to 13 guests with 4 bedrooms with fans and storage. Bed configuration: bedroom 1 - king bed, bedroom 2 - queen bed, bedroom 3 - queen bed, bedroom 4 - a bunk bed with a single bed on top, a double bed on the bottom and a further double trundle bed (Great for kids!). A fold out sofa downstairs can also sleep a further 2 people and a cot can be supplied if required. Guest access No access to garage however long driveway can accommodate 3 cars plus street parking is available directly outside the home. Interaction with guests Entirely up to the guests. You will be able to contact us via phone and additional emergency contact numbers will be supplied. Other things to note Very quiet and peacefully house set back from the roadway. For the kids there is a skateboard ramp (half pipe) at the back and tree swing at the front along with computer games (Nintendo), books and DVD’s. There's also a outdoor shower, with hot water on the front deck, for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Close proximity to well renowned nature walks, surfing breaks and waterways for fishing, boating and water sports. Also a short distance from Royal Motor Yacht Club which contains a large heated pool and outdoor restaurant perfect for kids. Bus stop is situated at the end of the street with express bus service to CBD (30km) and a short drive to Palm Beach, Whale Beach, Barrenjoey House, Jonah’s, Moby Dicks and the Boat Shed where many excursions are available. Access to all kitchen appliances including dishwasher. Downstairs air conditioning and unlimited WIFI internet access including Netflix. This is NOT a party house and we request there is no smoking. And unfortunately no pets are allowed. Please note there is minimum stay of 4 nights and there is a $300 cleaning fee.
