We are the owners of this new House VILLA CURACAO 44, completed in April 2015.
Located on the most beautiful gated community Coral Estate surrounded by beautiful nature and fantastic beaches, with Porto Marie and Daaibooi not far away.
Thanks to this format is the property ideally suited for 2 groups (8 person) that go on holiday together, but still have Their privacy if desired.
Our villa is Not suitable for very young children.

The villa Consists of 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, four bedrooms and three bathrooms and three porches and a swimming pool.

- The private swimming pool is situated on the first floor and is accessible via an outside staircase - the villa is surrounded by a large garden (1100 m2), where you among palm trees and hummingbirds and many other birds can enjoy - The three porches are located both in and out of the wind and in and out of the Sun - in front of the House there is a car park with space for 2 cars - the villa HAS screened and shutter windows is wonderfully located on the wind - Throughout the house there are both 110V as 220V present the villa in April 2015 and stands on a very large plot on the park Coral Estate. When the villa is rented you have all the privacy, we do not rent to multiple tenants at the sametime.

The garden (1100 m 2) offers plenty of space and is equipped with tropical green vegetation and much natural beauty zoals the hummingbirds. The villa has 3 porches giving you plenty of choice Has to be in or out of the Sun to relax and enjoy the peace thatthis villa offers you.
On the ground floor there is a fully furnished apartment for 4 persons.
On the first floor, which Can be Reached by a staircase, is ook a fully furnished apartment for 2 people, on the first floor there is a wonderful private swimming pool with beautiful Caribbean sea view.
The entire villa features fine shutter windows where the wind blows through and mosquito nets against any good fly.
Both above and below features a fully equipped kitchen with bar.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a private bathroom with toilet.
Ideal for two families who go on vacation with eachother and yet enjoy each Their own place.
The park is the beach "character" with a five star restaurant and a diving center where you can get your diving certificate
Interaction with Guests
The guests can always appeal to the administrator, for example, a intermediate cleaning or any other service.
The administrator who lives elsewhere on the resort ook controls the check-in and check-out.
