As you walk up to the front door, you’ll notice the gorgeous landscaping which becomes a magical display of colorful lights in the evening. When you walk through the ocean blue door, you’re greeted by an inviting, open space that continues this ocean blue theme throughout the interior.
You’ll immediately want to lounge on the cozy leather couch with the sandy wood fan creating a nice breeze. The large couch and poufs allow for lively group conversation or playing games on the Luna controllers - which work on every TV. Login to all of your streaming accounts on the TVs - just don’t forget to log out when you go!
In the kitchen, the chef of the group can whip up a delicious gourmet meal using the all-new appliances and any of the kitchen amenities they might need. The open concept makes it easy to continue the conversation & fun, even during the cooking process. You’ll find plenty of cups, mugs, plates, and utensils for everyone in your group.
The geometric lines of the kitchen tile and backsplash are carried into the restroom. No need to bring your shower essentials - you’ll find shampoo, conditioner, and body wash pump-bottles conveniently attached to the shower wall in both restrooms.
Laundry seems to be a luxury while traveling, but here you’ll have a full washer and dryer as well as an iron & ironing board. Through here, you’ll find the back door to the patio, pool, and backyard area decorated with outdoor lights.
Soak up the warm Florida climate on the screened-in patio with a pool and beautiful view of the canal. The large table facilitates meals outside as a group, free from the worry of bugs or pests. The newly plastered pool is sure to impress, especially at night when you turn on the underwater light.
Enjoy the inviting primary bedroom with double doors leading out to the pool area. This room features an open closet/hanging rack, chair & side table, sitting pouf, standing full length mirror, and easily accessible chargers on each nightstand. Have a relaxing moment to yourself in the chair with a little side table to hold your beverage or snack. The primary bathroom offers a spa experience with a fabulous jacuzzi tub.
The secondary bedroom has plenty of space for everyone’s belongings in the large, walk-in closet. And the desk is perfect for when you feel inspired to write your best-selling novel, or get some work done.
This space is roughly 1,250 square feet which is perfect for hosting Christmas, Thanksgiving and any other family gathering.
You are free to use the entire house and property. You are not authorized to access the "Owner's Closet" located in the primary hallway (locked door).
Guests over 10 people will be charged $25 per person.
There are four recording security cameras on the outside of the property to safeguard the house. NO CAMERAS OR RECORDING DEVICES ARE INSIDE THE UNIT.

Pets: Pet fee is $25 per pet
-Crate is required if pets are left unaccompanied at the house.

Parking: You can park in the driveway, or either of the rock-covered areas.
-Do NOT drive on the right side of the reflectors or it may damage the french drain system & charges will incur.
-Do not park in the grass or drive over the lawn edging. Do not park in front of the neighbor's house.
Pool: Please don't throw sports balls in the screened-in area, and open the screen doors using the metal frame or latch (so it doesn't stretch). Charges will be incurred for damage to the pool enclosure screen.
Smoking/Vaping Fee: $250 + full charge for any burns or damages caused from smoking, including but not limited to outdoor screen or carpet damage and smell removal.
RV: Total usable size for RV's or trailers is 14' wide by 45' long.
-There's a one-time $40 fee for access to the 120V, 30 amp RV power supply.
-NO DUMPING on the property, details on where you can empty black or grey water will be sent on day of check-in.
Recording security cameras are on the exterior of the property to safeguard the house. There are no security cameras on the interior of the property.
