The Space:
On your way to the Dapper Dolphin, you will pass the city pool and skate park. Pull in to your long driveway - perfect for parking the boat! Head to the large back yard to play or hang out around the fire pit or watch TV or play in the game room downstairs. A grill is also available for guest use. Head upstairs to the beautiful deck and get ready for sunset! This is where you'll see some of the best sunsets Port A has to offer!
Walk into a beautiful open space upstairs that welcomes you to your Port Aransas vacation! The living space has a corner bench style dining table, oversized sofa that pulls into a sleeper for 1, extra seating and a large TV.
Enjoy your well stocked kitchen - perfect for the cooks, or hang out around the large center island and watch the cooks! The kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need to prep, cook, serve and dine for 10. Great space and flow from the living area and kitchen/dining area.
You'll have 3 bedrooms: 1 King Bedroom with shared guest hallway bathroom. 1 King Bedroom with private entrance to the backyard and back deck (perfect for morning coffee to watch the beautiful sunrise)! This king suite has a large private bathroom with soaking tub and gorgeous walk in shower. There is also a bunk room with twin/twin and twin trundle and queen bed (great for sleeping a couple and 3 kiddos! Enjoy TV's in each room!
The Dapper Dolphin sleeps 10 people comfortably with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a front deck for those amazing sunsets and a back deck for beautiful sunrises. The back yard is perfect to throw a football, frisbee, enjoy family/friends time. A fire pit is in the back yard. (bring your own firewood or purchase in town).
The washer & dryer are located downstairs in the game room and is available for guest use. The EV charge is available for guests as well.
You'll be about 8 blocks to the beach but you can rent a golf cart (inquire for discount code) and it's a quick 10 minute golf cart ride to the beach. Easy to get anywhere in Old Town, the marina, Roberts Point Park, shopping, restaurants, night life, etc.

House Rules and Things to Note:
Minimum Age to Rent is 24.
No Smoking and no vaping in the property. This is a non smoking property. $500 fee will be added if smoke odor is present in the home.
No Parties/Events.
Quiet Hours 10pm to 7am – Enforced.
Not responsible for accidents.
There is no child proofing; you must remain with your children at all times.
Must be able to walk stairs.
No more than 10 guests.
No late check outs after 10:15am or another night's stay will be charged.
Check in Time is approx time; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4pm but there is no guarantee.
Pets considered with paid pet fee prior to check in. Guest must disclose pets and pay pet fee prior to arrival.
STARTER set for guests to include trash bags, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo and shower gel. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night.
Guests are responsible for their own beach chairs, beach towels and pool towels. Our linens and towels are NOT to be removed from the property for any reason. Guests will be charged linen fees for misuse of linens to include stains, tearing, etc.
Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time.
There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if city pool is closed for cleaning, repair or maintenance.
Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
If police are called to the property for any disturbance, a $500 fee will be assessed and guests will be required to vacate the property with no refund.

There's no doubt that Dapper Dolphin is in a fantastic location for those that want to enjoy the nature preserve, city pool, dog park, skate park, the beach and absolutely amazing sunsets!
The Dapper Dolphin is in the golf cart zone, so it's easy and fun to rent a golf cart and cart around town to the beach (10 min golf cart ride away), shops, restaurants, fishing excursions, etc. All about 3-5 minutes from Dapper Dolphin.
This beautiful place is located near the ferry and the marina as well. But everything in Old Town Port A is within 5-10 minutes from here.
Getting Around:
