The Darsena Sunset Apartment is located on the first floor of a building near the island of Ortigia, in a convenient position to explore the city as it is very close to the Umberto bridge, which leads straight to the island. It is located in a well-served area with laundry at 50 meters, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, post office, bus stops and train station at 1 km.
The apartment is accessed through a corridor that overlooks a light well. The house opens up onto an open space with kitchen / dining area with round table and chairs, kitchen with fridge, freezer, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, electric oven. This area, which overlooks the light well, is very bright also thanks to some windows. Through an arch you access the sleeping area, furnished with a double bed and bedside tables made of masonry, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV and sofa that can be converted into two single beds that can be joined together. This area is illuminated by a high window and a skylight on the mezzanine, reachable through a staircase (not suitable for children and elderly people) where you will find a small relaxation area with cushions. A bathroom with a very large shower illuminated by a window completes the apartment.
