The living area features an extra-large 55" flat-screen television, ample seating and a queen sleeper sofa.& The master bedroom also has a queen bed, television and ceiling fan. The bath features access from both the master bedroom and the common area. This property has a fully appointed kitchen with a large refrigerator, full oven/stove, microwave and dishwasher and enough cooking equipment to accommodate up to 4 people and enjoy a full meal. The full-size washer and dryer are in a separate laundry room off of the kitchen. NOTES All reservations at The Dawn Condominiums require a $35 parking fee per vehicle (two max). The Dawn does not allow boats, RV's or trailers to be parked on-premises. The Dawn requires this fee be paid directly to The Dawn HOA at their front office upon arrival. When registering at The Dawn guests will receive their pool/gym bands (up to 6 for a one-bedroom and up to 8 for a two-bedroom) and access codes for parking gates, walk-through gates and for the fitness center. Pool/gym bands should be returned to The Dawn prior to departure. Guests with limited mobility should consider parking and possible stairs to access unit, as The Dawn does not have elevators.
