Positive: Definitely the pool. And TV by pool. And TV in living room. Rooms nice. Extra sitting area upstairs. Kitchen well equipped. Pool equipment floats and toys 👍 Near to restaurants and St Augustine
Negative: Wish it was a little closer to the beach. I have trouble walking and had to be driven. But son and daughter and their families could walk it easily.
