This home is fully updated. EVERYTHING is brand new, and catered for the traveler.
It boasts an huge back yard patio / entertaining area. A large 30' x16' swimming pool with sunshelf and built in table (can be heated by request), hot tub, Tiki bar with TV and bluetooth stereo, outside and covered dining / relaxing areas. Three hole professional putting green.
Even bring your boat up to 28ft, secure gated storage onsite, ramp into ICW 2 miles away.
As requirement of my insurance company, OUTSIDE areas are monitored by security cameras. There is a camera on the front east side, nest doorbell, 2 cameras on either side of the rear of the house facing the pool and spa".. Cameras are capable of recording, but NOT monitored. There are NO cameras inside.

Summary: Even before going in the pool our grandson declared, “This is the best house I have ever been in,” Very clean, very comfortable and spacious for our family of 6 and even 2 more family members for a couple of the nights. Darryl was most accommodating including allowing a late checkout for our delayed flight. He also bought an air mattress and extra bedding for us. His response to queries was always immediate. The pool is a perfect size, not your usual small backyard pool. Our grandkids and in fact the whole family spent a good part of every day in the pool, playing basketball and golf and having a great time in the completely private back yard.
