Delray Paradise Retreat sleeps up to 16 (14 adults max) and features an outdoor oasis with heated pool, games, and grills, and more. The home offers two distinct living spaces, each with their own entrance designed for comfort and privacy.
With cozy interiors perfect for smaller gatherings, and a backyard that offers a spacious area for everyone to come together for a barbeque, a swim in the pool, or play a game of corn hole, Delray Paradise is the ideal home base for your Delray Beach getaway!
Upstairs, you’ll find four beautifully appointed bedrooms—two with king beds and two with queen beds—accompanied by two full bathrooms (1 bathtub/2 showers). The living space is enhanced by a fully stocked kitchen, 6 seat dining table, a dedicated workspace, and a cozy living room, perfect for casual gatherings. Step outside to enjoy your balcony that overlooks the inviting pool, a wonderful spot for morning coffee or to relax with a view of the evening sunset.
The first-floor layout continues to impress with ample space for everyone. Guests will have a full kitchen, three additional bedrooms, a versatile den that serves as a fourth bedroom, two full bathrooms (1 bathtub/2 showers), a cozy living area, a dining area for 6 and a small table in the kitchen that seats 2. Here, guests will find a king bed, two queen beds, and a twin trundle bed ideal for small children. One of the queen bedrooms in each unit has an en-suite bathroom with stand-up shower.

By reserving this vacation rental Guest acknowledges and agrees to the following:
1. On Beach Time Vacation Rentals requires Guest ID verification (all guests over 18-clear photo of person holding their ID), security deposit authorization with credit card ($1500 deposit hold-not a charge) and short-term agreement w/pool waiver for access to the home. Id and credit card must match.
2. Bookings within 24 hours of arrival require prep time; this means check in time may be after our standard 4pm check in time. **no credits or refunds will be given** Thanks for your understanding!
3. An outdoor Ring security camera is present on the exterior of the home. Security camera records video and voice, however it is not actively monitored. Cameras may not be covered or tampered with by guest. Owner/Manager reserves the right to view the cameras to verify guest count, or if any complaints are received.

5. The Pool is heated to 85° December April. IMPORTANT: heating speed depends on the outdoor temperature. The heater will only heat the pool, 20° above the air temperature. The heater runs during daytime hours when the pump runs and the control panel is locked, for management use only.
6. Events hosted with un-registered guests or Commercial Filming without owner/manager knowledge will result in immediate termination of stay and loss of deposit. Events include but are not limited to Bridal/Wedding Showers, Birthday or Engagement parties, etc. Confetti, streamers or taped wall décor is prohibited. ALL EVENTS/FILMING REQUIRE APPROVAL (if you're not sure, please ask) Any additional fees will be discussed based on the individual request.
7. Violations of the short-term rental agreement will result in loss of deposit and termination of stay without notice or refund.
8. Guest is responsible for payment of damaged or missing items. The property is videotaped and photographed prior to each guest's stay. Upon arrival, if anything is not as expected, it must be reported within 12 hours.
9. Delray Paradise Retreat has weekly pool service, and lawn service, and monthly pest control services. You may see these vendors on site during your stay. Inside access is required for 5-10 minutes, for pest control services. If scheduled during your dates of stay, notice will be provided a day in advance; guests do not need to be present.

Rates are subject to change until confirmed with deposit. Early check-in/Late check-outs are not guaranteed and will only be offered in writing if available. Guests are responsible for any and all damage occurring on the premises during their stay. Smoking, unauthorized events, filming and illegal activity or violations of the short-term agreement in the premises will result in an automatic forfeit of deposit. Any additional damages are payable within 24 hours of proof of payment. No refunds will be provided due to neighboring construction, if any. Guest releases Owner/On Beach Time Vacation Rentals and its associates of all liability and ensures that they are covered by their own health/accident insurance.
