This ground floor cottage has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen with dining area, a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside, there is ample off road parking and a large decked patio with furniture. Derwent Cottage is a wonderful holiday base. Note There is a £45.00 charge for use of the hot tub per visit. As the hot tub needs to be cleaned and emptied for each new set of guests, the water may not be fully up to temperature on the first evening.
