EXCEPTIONAL COMFORT AND AMENITIES
You'll find a fully equipped kitchen with a convenient breakfast bar and all essential appliances, plush towels and linens, a washer and dryer for your laundry needs, three spacious living and family rooms with TVs, hair dryers, an iron and ironing board, and an enclosed and covered lanai furnished with patio seating. Outside, there's a refreshing backyard pool to enjoy. The home provides cable TV, complimentary WiFi, and full access to the resort's amenities. Rest assured, our home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between each rental for your peace of mind.
Our house makes sure you have all your needs. We make sure you have everything you need to make your stay easier. from dish sponges, paper towels, dish detergent, dishwasher capsules,extra trash bags. We also make sure you have all the starter items like 1 hotel-size soap per bath, 1 roll of toilet paper per bath plus 4 additional rolls.
Optional Items:
Pool Heat and Jacuzzi – $35 per day with a 5-consecutive-day minimum or $140 turn-on fee for bookings of less than 5 days (Pool is cleaned on Mondays)
BBQ Rental – $75 for entire stay
HOUSE RULES
1. Can I have packages delivered to the home during my stay?
Yes, you can have packages delivered to the home. However, please note that packages sent via the US Postal Service (USPS) won't be delivered. It's recommended to avoid ordering from vendors who use USPS for delivery. Other courier services like FedEx, UPS, or DHL will leave packages at the doorstep. For added convenience and security, you can have packages sent to our Quality Vacation Homes office for pick-up (a small fee applies).
2. Is daily housekeeping included in the rental rate?
Daily housekeeping service is not included in the rental rate. You may request a mid-stay cleaning service for an additional fee.
3. Are there supplies for us in the kitchen?
According to Florida law, we cannot leave open food in refrigerators or kitchen closets. We regretfully cannot provide supplies like condiments and coffee powder. All leftover food items will be removed after guests check out.
4. How does the pool heater work?
Please be aware that the pool heater operates through a heat exchanger and may not work optimally when the exterior temperature is freezing (32°F or 0°C).
5. How should we handle trash? Do we have a specific bin to throw it in?
Trash is collected daily. To maintain a clean home and community, kindly place your trash in the resort dumpster and follow the posted trash collection guidelines in the home.
6. What are the potential additional charges?
Extra charges will apply if you cause damage to the property or require additional cleaning. Charges are as follows:
Smoking inside the unit: $700
Clogged toilet: $50
Excessive/double cleaning required: $100
Furniture moved and not returned to its original location: $100
Frozen air conditioner (occurs if thermostat set below 73°F/22°C): $250
Check-out after 10 am or check-in before 4 pm: An extra day's charge
To avoid extra charges, please treat this home as if it were your own and leave it in the same condition as when you arrived.
7. Are pets allowed on the property?
We apologize, but pets are not allowed. If it is determined that an animal has been in the house or on the property, you will be charged the excessive/double cleaning fee of $100.
8. What about parking? Do you have a designated parking space?
- Guest passes allow registered guests to park on the street in marked parking spaces at any time. Visitor passes only allow a visitor to be onsite and park in the marked spaces until 10:00 PM.
- Guests are not allowed to park fully or partially on the lawn, subject to a $35 fine per day.
- You can park up to 3 cars in the driveway.
- Please be aware there is no street parking. Vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense. To avoid possible towing, please park in your driveways.
Also, please be advised that all commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, self-propelled motor homes, motorcycles, trailers, and boats shall be parked in enclosed garages at all times and cannot be parked within the Community. It will be towed at the owner's expense.
