Our condo is our full time home, it is not an investment condo we bought in order to have rental income. We are empty nesters with an RV and are gone quite often. When we leave, we open up our space for guests who are not expecting a sterile hotel environment. We do keep our personal items in the condo, but do try to make it as generic as possible to give our guests plenty of room for your belongings . Our condo has two bedrooms, 2 and a half baths. Has a landing (that serves as a 3rd bedroom) with a brand new sofa bed with new technology that guarantees maximum comfort for 2 also has a tv in that room. Condo can sleep 6 with a king size bed for a couple and a queen size bed for a couple. We also have a futon that folds out to a single bed, for a child or small person)
