This luxurious 1-bedroom apartment is recently renovated and located on the 2nd floor. With windows on both sides it has a lot of light during the day. On the front side of the house you will find a comfortable queen sized bed. The sofa in the living area turns into a comfortable double bed as well. There are sliding doors between the bedroom and living room. On the back side of the house you will find the living room with open plan kitchen and a balcony with a relaxing view on the neighboring gardens. The sofa opens into a very comfortable double bed. There is a TV available for your entertainment. The kitchen contains an oven/microwave, dishwasher, fridge, 5 pit gas stove, kettle and a nespresso machine. All crockery and utensils that you will need for your stay are available. A washing machine and a dryer are available in case you want to do laundry. The bathroom is big and luxurious. It includes a big bathtub, a shower, a sink and toilet. - No elevator in the building and only accessible by Amsterdam (steep) stairs, not suitable for people with immobility problems - Cable TV + Wi-Fi are free of charge - Towels and bed linen are provided - Coffee, tea and sugar are complimentary - Smoking is not allowed Credit card details are required and need to provided during the check-in as security deposit (€150).
