Beds can be found in the primary bedroom, the detatched attic room, and the loft. Sofa beds can be found in each living room for additional sleeping arrangements. The cabin boasts unique features like custom rockwork in the shower and other areas throughout the cabin, custom stained glass windows, and a large lot with firepit for entertaining.

- Firewood is not stocked at the cabin, but can be picked up at Elk Creek Gas Station on your way into the property.
- Additional trailer and vehicle parking can be found at TroutHunter free of charge!
- Top of the line filtration systems, including UV light treatment, are built into the property.
- One sofa bed can be found in each living room for additional places to sleep.
- The grill may not be accessible in the winter due to heavy snowfall.
If any issues are encountered during your stay, please reach out to us as soon as possible! Timely communication is KEY in getting issues resolved. The GHR team will work to troubleshoot with you first before calling out a handyperson. If the handyperson is unable to find an issue or it was user error, the guest will be subject to paying their fee. If there is an issue identified with the property, the owner will pay their fee.

1. No smoking allowed on the premises.
2. Only one pet permitted per reservation.
3. No food/drink in the bedrooms besides water.
4. No food/drink to be left outside unattended, due to wildlife attractants, which is fined by the county.
5. No garbage or debris left outside unattended.
6. We don't allow parties or loud noises after 10pm.
7. Only the number of overnight guests indicated at check in are allowed to stay overnight on/at the property.
8. No tents are allowed, per subdivision rules.
9. No large bonfires and only firewood is permitted to be burned in the fire pit during non fire ban seasons. No pallets, plywood, garbage, or other debris are to be burned in the fire pit. All fires must be fully extinguished with water after use.
10. Please do not place items near the baseboard and electric heaters to avoid fire, damage, and melting.
11. Please do not adjust the thermostat temperature below 65 to avoid water line freezing.
12. Please lock and close all windows upon leaving to avoid wildlife/bug/critter encounters.
13. All garbage must be stowed in the bear proof receptacle, located on the property. Extra charges may be imposed if not observed.
14. No firing of weapons of any kind allowed on property.
15. Outdoor security cameras are in use.
16. No street parking allowed. Please only park on the property.
17. Custom entry codes are provided for each new guest.
18. Fire Extinguishers are mounted on the wall and a First Aid Kit is under the bathroom sink. If you use these, you must report it to the property owner so they can replenish them. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.
19. Any items missing or broken must be reported to the property manager and failure to do so may result in additional charges.
20. Wildlife visitors frequent the area, including bears and moose. Please be cautious and store food/garbage in bear proof containers and do not approach wildlife.
21. Please be patient as we work to improve the property! Our properties might require light maintenance and service during your stay, depending on vendor schedules. In the event that work needs to be done on the property during your stay, we will let you know in advance that a maintenance team member may stop by the property. If no one answers the door, they will have access to the property to service it during normal business hours.
