About this space
You’ll enjoy the magnificent lake & city views from almost every room in the house, as well as three balconies to choose from! Located in a peaceful family neighbourhood in the Upper Mission. You are only a short 5 minute drive to many of the amenities that Kelowna has to offer. This is a large home with plenty of space for large family gatherings or groups of friends. It is supplied with all the comforts of home. You won't find it difficult to kick back and relax during your stay here!
The space
On the main level you will find a large master bedroom with a King size bed.
There is a full master ensuite with a two person jetted tub, as well as a large glass shower, and a walk-in closet. There is also a separate balcony attached to the master bedroom.
You will also find a spacious gourmet kitchen with a gas stove, wall-oven, large fridge with freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. There is plenty of space to prepare meals on the island. There is a balcony located right next to the kitchen where you can you the BBQ and take in the views while eating dinner.
You will also find a large living room with fireplace, TV, as well as a sofa bed if needed. There is a second bedroom on this floor, with a queen size bed and closet. You will find a second bathroom located beside this bedroom as well.
Feel free to use the laundry room with front load washer and dry and laundry sink.
Upstairs is another large Master bedroom with a queen size bed, a walk-in closet, fireplace, full ensuite with large soaker tub, separate glass shower, and a private balcony.
There is plenty of space to park your vehicles and boat in the driveway.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire main and upper level of the house. The front yard and grass area in the backyard. The garage can be made available upon request.

Located close to many restaurants including Basil and Mint, DunnEnzies Pizza Co multiple beaches, boat launch, The YMCA H20 Centre, sports fields and hockey rinks. Spend your morning at one of the you-pick orchards and have fresh Okanagan fruit to take back home with you.
