Fully remodeled, 4 bedroom, 2 bath home with gorgeous backyard. This home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, in Tucson, within a 5min drive time to Davis-Monthan AFB, 15 minutes to U of A campus and 20 minutes from the Tucson Gem Show!

4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a large smart tv.
3 bedrooms have queen size beds, one bedroom “kids room” includes a bunk bed (twin over full) along with another twin bed & Portable crib.
Large sectional has plenty of room for the entire family!
Fresh remodel with luxury mattresses, high end down feather pillows, fans in every bedroom (in Addition to the ice cold AC).
Pool, hot tub, outdoor bar, firepit & large patio in a fully walled, private back yard. Two gas bbqs (one in bar area by pool and one under patio off back door). POOL IS NOT HEATED. (Only the hot tub is heated)
Fully stocked kitchen, to include coffee/creamer, many spices, brand new pots/pans, plates, cups etc. (including kids stuff too!)
Many different board games, books, pool toys, pool hammocks, dart board, & Nintendo classic gaming system- you can NOT get bored in this house!
Decorated with gorgeous Arizona/Desert decor, this truly is “The Arizona home”.
Check in any time after 3pm. Check out is 10am.
