Summary: One being allocated a room on the third floorwhen checking in late, I found that the room had not been prepared and the bed was unmade the bins were full of rubbish. The receptionist was helpfully reasonable and gave me an immediate replacement on the ground floor which was quite comfortable and served my purpose for a one Stop over on the way back to the UK. The room itself, although clean did not feel as though it had been thoroughly prepared and that there was an empty bottle of water and the carpets perhaps needed a hoovering!
