Positive: Location in town centre all shops in area, 2 separate bedrooms one double other twin beds plus tv and video, living area with kitchen nice size, well maintained, electric cooker,dish washer(not used), nice size tv. Bathroom modern well maintained, electric shower.
Negative: Minor point. Access to car park by given route, Langlands Road,was closed on arrival due to repairs to damaged building, access road very narrow re given route and appears a vehicle has collided with building. I would recommend access better via A592 Rayrige Road , turn into Quarry Brow, at bottom T junction, Turn right, ten yards on left is access to barrier car park. (Barrier was permanently up, no keyboard. May be in the process of upgrading) . Access to 45A is not at the rear at the car park side of the building, it at is at the front between the shops. Leave car park via car access point, turn right about 200yards on right is a passage leads you round to the front of the building and access to 45A. Minor Point - Nice to have 2 door keys, door has yale type lock, so locks automatically when closed, need key to open. Sadly we left building intending to leave key in key safe, to find still in apartment. Nice to have two keys one could be left in safe permanently or two members had key each. We contacted Sykes who kindly had a key placed in the safe later that day.
Summary: Lovely apartment, great location, highly recommented, will return. Thank you.
