Summary: The King suite room was nice and spacious. The super limited cable options on TV was unfortunate, and I didn’t see a way I could log in to stream channels. The bed was comfortable, and the gym is probably the best part of the hotel. The major let down was I asked for late check out (noon) and they wanted to charge me for it. I’ve never had that happen to me before and we stay at different hotels every week. It is usually a courtesy, so to me I didn’t feel like a valued guest.
