5 Bedroom House in Bath
Welcome to No 46 a centrally located stunning town house with a lovely private courtyard garden. Our modern, stylish property comes with private parking for two cars (tandem parking), Smart TV with Netflix, wifi and bluetooth radio.
The high street is less than a 5 min walk away where you can enjoy the shops, thermae spas, great bars and restaurants.
No46 will ensure that your stay in Bath is not only in a second to none location but also in comfortable and spacious luxury.
We have a twin bedded room on the ground floor which can be accessed from the hallway or through french doors off the dining area in the kitchen. This is the only bedroom which has no direct outside window.
The bedroom on the first floor at the rear of the house has a king size bed and is the smallest room but very cozy.
The middle room has two beds, one single and one 4 foot bed and the largest room at the front has a super king bed. There are two bathrooms on the first floor both with shower.
There is one bedroom at the top of the house "loft bedroom' which has a king size bed and en suite shower room.
All linen is white Egyptian cotton.
The kitchen is great for gatherings, with a large range cooker, Nespresso coffee maker with milk frother and a wine glass chandelier! There is a large American style fridge freezer with water filter and ice maker and utility area with loo, washing machine and tumble dryer. Large bifold doors open onto a delightful courtyard garden.
We arrange a welcome pack for our guests which will always contain fresh milk, fresh coffee and of course treats. The kitchen is stocked with basic larder supplies - tea, coffee, sugar, and oils for cooking, salt and pepper and we have done our best to think of all the other essentials you may need like cling film, foil and all cleaning products including dishwasher tablets etc.
We like to feel that our kitchen is equipped well for 'cooks' but if you are planning to prepare a lavish dinner party then please let us now if there is anything we can add to our kitchen that you might need prior to your stay and we will do our best to help.
