Park City is paradise for adults and kids alike. With access to the great outdoors including skiing, mt biking, hiking and great restaurants, our home is a family-friendly base camp from which to enjoy all of your adventures. Built in 2015, the 2,500 sq ft home is uniquely decorated, light-filled, rustic chic, private, and comfortable. Just 30 mins from SLC with easy access to Park City Resort (12 mins) and Deer Valley (17 mins).
Sleeps 8 in main house and 2 more in detached tiny home. Pet & child friendly. The home can be configured for groups of adults or for a family. Just let us know how you would like it! Great house for entertaining with open living room/kitchen floor plan.
Kid-friendly with a play structure fort, slide, climbing wall, and zip line. Master bedroom/bath downstairs with 2 kids rooms and open loft upstairs. Radiant floor heating, gas stove, 2 decks, gas log fireplace, reverse osmosis water cooler, outdoor fire pit and 2-car garage (1 garage space available for you). House is well-equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay including utensils, pots, pans, dishes, kids toys, TV, Wifi, Weber gas grill, etc. Less than 1-block from free PC Transit bus. 5 mins to Kimball Junction retail area with new restaurants and coffee shops.
Guests will have full use of the home and detached 220 Sq ft tiny home with the exception of two closets that will be locked. Ample parking for up to 4 cars available. Ample closet space exists.
A plow service is available in the event of a large snowfall on a per diem basis. Plow service is not automatic but the host will call to arrange if necessary for snowfall over 3-4 inches.
Highland Estates and the Trailside neighborhood is a special location in unincorporated Park City with larger lots and horse properties. Our homes sits on 1.5 private acres with a vacant 1.5 acre lot on 1 side. Hop on the free bus to the resorts, Historic Main St. or the Kimball Junction retail area. Located less than 20 mins from Whole Foods, several coffee shops, countless parks, Utah Olympic Park, Park City Mountain and Canyons Village, Deer Valley Resort, and over 400 miles of trails. Situated just 30 mins from the High Mountains of Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest.
Less than 1 block from the free Park City Transit bus to avoid festival traffic. Bike to Kimball Junction, parks, trails, etc. Walking distance to Round Valley and Trailside trail systems.
