After a long day of fun, sit back and relax on the huge deck overlooking the marsh with comfortable seating for the entire family or enjoy the porch in the hammock swings and iron deck chairs. Inside Decks, Docks and Flip Flops is a charming, Five bedroom, three-bathroom creek cottage. The beach home is handicap friendly with an elevator from the ground level. There is a spacious living room complete with a coffee/smoothie bar, including a French press and milk frother. Beautiful cypress paneling goes throughout the living room and bedrooms.

The wide sandy beach is gorgeous for walking, shelling, or just enjoying the Carolina sun. Frolic in the ocean or find treasures in the tidal pools. The north end is where the ocean meets the creek and it’s a great place to surf, fish, or even spot Dolphins playing! The beach is a quick 2-minute walk from the house or you can take the 4-seat golf cart to get to the fun even faster.
Decks, Docks, and Flip Flops also come with access to the Summerhouse Pool Play Plaza at Litchfield Beach & Golf Resort and the owners have provided a few items to make your stay even more comfortable with Pack & Plays, spare cot, 4 seat golf cart with chair rack, and two kayaks available for paddling on the creek.
Pet Friendly:
Dogs (no cats) are allowed. Pets are limited to domestic, housebroken dogs unless otherwise advertised. There is a non-refundable $400.00 (plus tax) pet cleaning and spray fee that will be charged to each guest bringing a dog. No smoking
