This recently renovated and upgraded apartment provides an excellent base for any self catering holiday.
The apartment:
Located on the third floor of the complex close to numerous bars, restaurants and clubs with fantastic views towards the sea and over the resort. Garden City offers the option of having a relaxing time and the opportunity to sample all that Tenerife has to offer.
The apartment has an open double South facing balcony with great panoramic Ocean views where you can relax and watch the evening sunsets (2 loungers and additional seating provided).
There is a large open plan lounge area with modern kitchen to the rear; including the usual oven, hob, fridge and freezer. The lounge has double sliding doors to the balcony. The complex Satellite TV is included with your favourite British/Irish and European channels.
There are 2 large double bedrooms each with 2 single beds, built in wardrobes with plenty of shelving and drawers. One of the rooms is ensuite. The other has double sliding door access onto the balcony.
In addition there is also a full size freshly decorated bathroom (bath replaced by walk-in shower).
Wifi and safety deposit facilities are available at the complex reception (local charge).
The complex is located in the San Eugenio area of Las Americas and is family friendly.
Lifts are available to each floor.
Facilities include a main heated pool with adjoining child friendly pool and full time pool attendant.
The pool side bar area has regular entertainment and free internet access when utilising the bar area.
There is a separate much quieter second pool and sun bathing area that can be viewed from the apartment.
There is a gym facility on site (local charge).
Full laundry facilities (local charge) are available at the complex reception.
If hiring a car there is a free public parking area at the rear of the complex.

Locality:
The complex is just a short stroll from the local beaches at Torviscas and Fanabe.
The surrounding area of Costa Adeje has several golf courses just a 5 minute drive from the complex.
The fantastic adventure park called Siam Park can be seen from the complex entrance, it is literally only a 5 minute walk away. For smaller children there is an alternative water park – Aqualand – which is also only a short 10 – 15 min walk away.
The recently opened outstanding Siam Mall (designer outlets and restaurants) is only a further 5 minute walk past the park.
In addition the local amenities that San Eugenio has to offer are all also within easy walking distance.
The San Eugenio Shopping Centre has a hypermarket as well as cafes and a wide range of gift shops.
There is even a local hospital with emergency department at the end of the street.
For those who like to walk there is a lovely sea side walk along the coast towards Los Cristianos (to the left) or right through Fanabe to the fishing village of La Caleta.
Tenerife is rich in history and you can explore the island through many local travel agencies. You also have the choice of boat trips to see whales and dolphins in their natural habitat.
For those into sports there are opportunities for scuba diving, fishing, golf, tennis and squash.
