Totally refurbished 1 bedroom apartment located at the famous Complex Los Geranios, at a stone’s throw from Puerto Colón. 200m walking distance to La Pinta Beach, and only 100 m to Commercial Center San Eugenio where supermarkets (Corviran, Mercadona) and shops are available with many reputable restaurants in the area.
The flat has some of the best views in Tenerife of Puerto Colon and Isla La Gomera. Situated on the sixth floor it has sea, pool, and costal views from the terrace.

It is equipped with all the necessary household appliances, oven, kettle coffee machine, microwave, washing machine, ironing facilities, hairdryer, safety box etc.
The room has 2 beds (size 120x200cm) wich perfectly match 2 people plus one additional convertible bed (size 90cmx190cm). Wardrobe really wide and also a 42 ’tv.
Living room is provided with a convertible couch which folds out into a 135x200cm bed. There is also a smart TV 55 ’and free private Wi-Fi. (Reception also provides a free Wi-Fi to be used at the building and pool area)
The complex has an outside heated pool, internet area, 24h reception service (English spoken) and also a maintenance service for emergencies. It´s a very clean and quiet complex.
There is also a well-equipped and diverse bar / restaurant with very reasonable prices where you can enjoy many different drinks and international food.
