Unser Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße von Osterbrücken und wurde 1997 neu erbaut. Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Erdgeschoß, ist barrierefrei hat eine Wohnfläche von ca. 60 qm und einer überdachten Terrasse von ca. 12 qm. Sie ist geeignet für 3 bis max. 5 Personen. Das Wohnzimmer ist ausgestattet mit einer Couchgarnitur, ausklappbar mit einer Liegefläche von 1,40 x 2,00 Meter, Couchtisch, Schrankwand, Sat TV und Stereoanlage mit Internetradio. Daneben befindet sich eine Essecke mit Sitzbank, Tisch und Stühlen. In der modernen Einbauküche gibt es einen Backofen, Cerankochfeld, Dunstesse, Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler. Daneben sind vorhanden Mikrowelle, Toaster, Eier- und Wasserkocher, Kaffeepad- und Filterkaffeemaschine, Kontaktgrill, elektrische Multipfanne, sowie ausreichend Geschirr, Töpfe und Pfannen. Ein Gefrierschrank steht im Flur. Für die Kleinen ist Plastikgeschirr vorhanden. Kaffeepads und Teebeutel sind kostenlos. Im Bad ist eine ebenerdige Wellnessdusche, WC, Waschbecken, Handtuchheizkörper, Föhn und Duschhocker. Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist ausgestattet mit Kleiderschrank, 2 Einzelbetten, Nachttischen, Nachttischlampen und einem Radiowecker sowie einer Kommode und Sat TV Im Einzelzimmer gibt es ein Bett mit Nachtisch, Lampe, Wecker und Schrank. Im Flur ist eine Garderobe, Schuhschrank, Spiegel. In einem weiteren Flur steht eine Kommode mit Informationsmaterial und Wanderkarten. Bettwäsche, Dusch-, Hand- und Geschirrtücher sind in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden und im Mietpreis inbegriffen. Putzmittel, sowie Staubsauger, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen sind in einem separaten Raum gelagert. Im einem separaten Raum steht eine Waschmaschine zur Alleinnutzung. Auf der überdachten Terrasse vor dem Eingang der Ferienwohnung stehen ein Esstisch mit Stühlen, Kissenbox und Liegestühle, Sonnenschirm. Eine Markise kann bei Bedarf ausgefahren werden. Im Sommer ist im Garten eine Außendusche installiert. Der überdachte Grillplatz mit diversen Grills, Flammkuchenofen und Tisch mit Stühlen kann kostenlos benutzt werden. Ein komplett eingerichtetes Gartenhaus mit WC ist angeschlossen. Für die Kleinen gibt es im Wohnzimmerschrank diverse Spiele, im Gartenhaus Kinderspielzeug. Kinderbett und Hochstuhl können bei Bedarf gestellt werden. Die Internetnutzung ist gratis. Parken kann man vor dem Haus oder im Hof der Wohnung. Die Wohnung hat in allen Räumen eine Fußbodenheizung und ist mit Rauchmeldern gesichert. Die Endreinigung der Ferienwohnung ist im Mietpreis enthalten. Rauchen ist in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt

Ein Sat Led TV, Internetradio sowie WLAN sind vorhanden. Desweiteren stehen ein überdachter Grillplatz, Gartenhaus, Gartenmöbel, Flammkuchenofen, Holz und Holzkohlegrills zur Verfügung.
