Positive: The owner tried to explain not to expect too much as it was 70s interior. And we were warned about the neighbours. We found them quite nice and helpful. Yes, it was 70s, but there's nothing wrong with that. Everything you wanted was there. I would certainly use it again (Apart from the 'beds') Parking was a bit hit or miss, but we managed to park ok. It's also close to bus stops and the metro.
Negative: The beds certainly need to be replaced! Especially if you are a tall person, our son had to sleep across the bed, but it was not a massive concern for him. The bedroom bed you constantly rolled to the middle that was very uncomfortable. And maybe a little bit of redecoration in a few areas would make it look a lot better. Only one big concern we went back after the first day out to find the patio open!!! This was very concerning.
