Bethany beach is 2.3 miles away and Holt's Landing State Park is 4.9 miles away. If you want to skip the parking hassle, take one of the provided beach cruiser bikes and bike to the beach, or catch the Bethany Beach Trolley. Trolley stop #10 on Turtle Drive is just a 10-minute walk from the property or a few minutes' drive.

The first floor ensuite is complete with a king size bed, a rainfall shower, a soaking tub, a Smart TV and desk with docking station in case you need to sneak in a little work during your stay. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have queen beds and Smart TV's. The third is a bunkroom that has two twin over full bunk beds. Both upstairs full bathrooms have dual vanities and shower tub combinations. The second floor is a gaming loft with an Xbox, Smart TV, a closet full of board games, and a full-size arcade machine that plays hundreds of classic games.

TELEVISIONS
Many of our rental properties do not have cable packages, but they are equipped with HDMI ports for plug-in streaming devices (such as Amazon FireSticks or Roku sticks). While some TVs have built-in streaming services that do not require a plug-in device, we cannot guarantee this feature on all televisions and therefore we recommend if streaming content is important to you, that you bring your own streaming devices/sticks to be safe.

Use the outdoor shower to wash off the salt and sand after the day's activities then enjoy a cool drink while you grill on the patio. There is a 2 car driveway and 2 car garage with Level 2 charging station so bring your EV. For your use the garage also includes beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and other outdoor toys. The property also has a large capacity front load washing machine and dryer.

MISCELLANEOUS
Win-Le Vacation Rentals provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; 10 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths; and 3 bathmats. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival. You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure. Please note, linens are not provided for futons.
Win-Le also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (2) reusable/disposable dish cloths, (3) dishwasher pods, (3) laundry pods, (2) 2-in-1 travel size shampoo/conditioners, (2) mini bar soaps, (2) 13gal kitchen trash bags, (4) 4gal bathroom/wastebasket trash bags, (2) tubes travel size toothpaste, (2) travel size hand lotions, and (2) travel size hand sanitizers. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.
Win-Le Vacation Rentals does not charge guests for housekeeping. The owner of your rental property pays to have it cleaned before and after your arrival. Prompt departure at the end of your stay is vital in the scheduling of these cleanings.
The maximum occupancy is 10 people.
Occupants must utilize all available private parking (garage, driveway) before using any available street parking.
No pets, smoking, vaping, or events are allowed.
Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
You will receive your digital arrival packet via email 5 days prior to arrival. This email will contain important information like your door code and community rules. It is your responsibility to notify Win-Le Vacation Rentals if you have not received your door code prior to your arrival. A hard copy of the arrival packet, and other important information, will be provided inside the home during your stay.
Check-in is 3PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from Win-Le Vacation Rentals is considered unlawful trespassing. We do not offer the ability to pay for early check-in or late check-out. Win-Le Vacation Rentals will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.
