Summary: My wife and I were in Winnipeg for 4 days to check out Thermea spa and go to IKEA. We wanted a place close to a couple restaurants we were interested in and a bit of nightlife. This place was perfect. We were able to walk to several places like the Forks Market, Deer and Almond restaurant, High and Lonesome bar which were a few of our favourites. Being downtown there are definitely some sketchy people but it was busy enough we never felt unsafe. Once inside the building you can’t get any safer with locked front door you needed to use your fob for and 24h security. The included parking was also very secure and on the 4th floor, same as our room. Also being my wife is a smoker we were very happy to see they have a 4th floor smoking patio which was much safer then her going down to the street.
