Positive: Very good location in heart of old part of town. River running behind was nice white noise at night. Swing chair. Good bathroom. Plenty of natural light.
Negative: The middle bedroom had used sheets and pillowcases as there were lots of hairs on them. We didn't use that bed at all because of it.
