With Gorgeous Views, On the Beach, Balconies, Salt Air. And Waves!
This is our family's favorite place in the world and it offers incredible ocean views as well as convenient access to all of the island's most popular restaurants and attractions. Our home is located right on the Dune. With a gorgeous landscaped front yard and a backyard Lanai for sunning, grilling and dining.
The space
The first floor has a full kitchen, dining area, TWO separate living rooms, kids can enjoy their own space with TV, and a lanai off of the living room that leads directly to the beach. The master and three guestrooms are all located on the second floor, along with one en-suite bathroom and one guest bath. The laundry room is on the first floor, features washing machine and dryer. There are two balconies, both that looks out over the ocean and for reading and relaxing.
The Crowes Nest Cottage is perfect for families. It can sleep up to 8, or more if they don't mind sleeping on couches. We often have two families together and have lots of fun and in great comfort. Plenty of room for spending quality time together, yet enough space to take a break when needed. The cottage has many flat screen televisions with Xfinity cable and the home is WiFi enabled. Its a perfect location for family vacations and gatherings.
