Someday Came is a beautiful beach home on the north end of Cape San Blas. This 2-story, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom has amazing views throughout of both the Gulf and the Bay. This recently renovated beach house is your home away from home! Someday Came is one of the tallest homes in the area and allows you to enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunset. There is all new flooring throughout, updated bathrooms, and all new furnishings. Someday Came is great for large families, friends or small groups. It sleeps 10 very comfortably.
Stairs lead up to the main entry which has a spacious deck for sipping coffee and watching the sunrise over the bay. Upon entry is the kitchen, which has all new appliances including a beverage cooler and additional built-in ice maker. With stunning granite countertops, this kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal for your family getaway. There is seating for three at the kitchen island and an open concept dining area with seating for six. Also off the front door entryway is the first floor bunk room containing 4 twin beds. The perfect set-up for your little ones or teenagers. Off the kitchen is the first floor full bath with shower/tub combo and spacious vanity.
Flowing directly from the kitchen and dining area is the main floor living area with flat screen tv and fireplace. Stunning shiplap adorns ceiling and walls throughout the main living. The sofa folds out to a queen size bed to accommodate even more guest. Directly off the main floor living area are french doors that lead to the screened-in porch. This porch is the perfect place to just sit and stay awhile without being bothered by insects! The porch swing is a favorite!
Beautifully stained hardwood stairs lead up to the second floor sitting area, the perfect spot to finish that book or morning quiet time. The second floor contains both the master bedroom suite, an additional bedroom with queen size bed, and another full bathroom with a spa like walk-in shower.
The spacious master bedroom, with king size bed, sits on the second floor and has its own private bonus area with views of the gulf. Aside from its peaceful ocean views, barn doors open up to the master bedroom sitting area fitted with flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and queen sleeper sofa. Adjoining this master bedroom is the master bath with walk-in shower and 2 sink vanities. Boasting privacy and comfort all in one!
The house has an outside shower to rinse off from your day at the beach and a great fish cleaning station. The lower covered outdoor space is fitted with gas grill, hammock, and picnic table. Come rest awhile in the shade and enjoy the coastal breezes. Someday Came sits on a 1/2 acre lot allowing for privacy. It has deeded Beach and Bay access. It is located at mile marker 8 just outside the entrance to the State Park. Someday came has two private beach access points for its neighborhood community.
