This home has four bedrooms and can accommodate up to ten guests comfortably. The rooms are spread out throughout the home to make sure everyone has plenty of peace and quiet. Three of the bedrooms have luxury queen-sized beds and the fourth bedroom has two bunk beds. The expertly designed bedrooms feature neutral color tones, large windows, vinyl plank flooring, high-end linens, and locally inspired artwork. Each bedroom is designed to reflect the natural beauty right outside, and give guests a comfortable place to unwind after a busy day. The bunk bedroom is spacious and open, giving multiple guests plenty of room to move around. This playful space is perfect for kids or adults and is just steps from the family bathroom.

Tucked in the gated community of Penn Estates, this home is central to all of the outdoor recreation in the area. As a guest here you have lake and pool access during the summer. This home is also minutes from the shops and restaurants in Downtown Stroudsburg.
Other things to note:
-Our home is equipped with 2 Ring cameras (outside only), smart locks, and Noiseaware monitors to give you peace of mind and security during your stay.
-No built-in AC but there is 1 portable AC unit in the living room, a couple other air chilling fans that can pour cold water into the back compartment to blow out cold air, and a few tower fans throughout the house.
Other Things to Note: Pets allowed - pet fee is $50 for 1 pet, $75 for 2 pets, and $100 for 3 pets. Max of 3 pets only.
