Positive: The guest house was very clean and quiet. It is immediately next to the owner’s house so we saw them quit a bit. They were very lovely and had lots of great advice. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature in a heat wave. The air conditioning held up great in the heat. The renovation on the guest house was perfect- good quality materials and everything was clean and new. Bed was very comfortable and we slept great. The horses were directly across from the front door, which delighted our little girl.
